Call for Classes Now!
Learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi! Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese martial and healing art famous for its slow movements and relaxed strength. Tai chi can help improve balance, strength, and flexibility. It is a perfect complement to your current exercise program.
Classes will be held at
Maximum Impact Karate, located at 123 North Main Street in Dublin. Follow

- Tuesday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30 PM
- Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 PM
The classes will teach the basics of balance, movement, relaxation and breathing thru the Yang Style short form. No experience is necessary for the beginner class; participants should wear comfortable clothing and indoor shoes. To pre-register for this class online click
